Yes. Each tablet is made with gentle, dentist-approved ingredients that strengthen and smooth your enamel — so your mouth feels fresh, not stripped. Each dose is perfectly measured to deliver the same effectiveness as traditional toothpaste, without unnecessary fillers, water, or plastic tubes.

nHAp (nano-hydroxyapatite) is the same mineral naturally found in your teeth. It helps rebuild and smooth enamel — a science-backed alternative to fluoride that’s gentle and effective.

Our fluoride-free tablets contain 5% nHAp for daily enamel protection, while our fluoride version combines fluoride and nHAp for double protection — strengthening and restoring your teeth from both inside and out.

Yes. All Tidalove formulas are made without harsh chemicals, synthetic dyes, or artificial sweeteners — only gentle minerals and botanicals that care for you and the planet.

Our tins are endlessly reusable and designed to last — unlike plastic tubes that end up in landfills. They’re also lighter than glass, making them easier to carry and ship with a smaller carbon footprint. And unlike most mixed materials, tins are 100% recyclable — forever.

Keep your Tidalove products cool, dry, and away from direct water contact. Always close the lid after use, and store them in a drawer, cabinet, or on your counter if you like things within reach. Just avoid damp spots like right beside the sink or in the shower — moisture can shorten the life of your solids.

Bamboo is a fast-growing, renewable grass that requires no pesticides and very little water. Our toothbrush and holder are made from moso bamboo — wild-grown in the mountains of China — and fully compostable at the end of their life.

1. Soak the facial wash bean in warm water to soften it.

Yes. Both our Toothpaste Tablets and Mouthwash Tablets are formulated with gentle, non-toxic ingredients — safe for children under adult supervision.

For younger kids, we recommend our fluoride-free version made with 5% nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAp), a mineral that helps strengthen and protect teeth naturally. It’s safe if accidentally swallowed and ideal for little ones who haven’t learned to spit yet.

Our fluoride version is suitable for older children and adults — offering double protection with both fluoride and nHAp. Always supervise brushing to ensure they spit, not swallow.

Not at the moment — to stay true to our low-waste mission, we don’t produce single-use sample sizes. Instead, we share full ingredient lists and detailed product info so you can feel confident before ordering.

Every Tidalove product is designed to be refillable and long-lasting — made for real routines, not one-time use.

Our refill pouches are made from a blend of FSC-certified paper and plant-based film — designed to break down safely in industrial composting within about 149 days.

They can also be home composted, though the process may take longer depending on local conditions. Every material we use is USDA-certified and chosen for minimal impact on the planet.

For every product sold, we help remove one piece of ocean plastic through our cleanup partnership in the Philippines. It’s our small but steady way of giving back to the tides that inspire us every day.

Yes — we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $40. For smaller orders under $40, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

All subscription orders ship free — because sustainability should also be effortless. Your refills will always arrive on schedule without extra cost.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder — it might be hiding there.

You can also log in to your Tidalove account anytime to view your order status directly.

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear. If your package seems stuck, don’t worry — it’s usually just on its way between scans.

We’ll always keep you in the loop — every tide finds its way.

Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note it can take up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s site. Most packages arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 10am EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We ship mindfully — always packed with care, never rushed.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after shipping. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

We don’t offer express shipping at the moment, but if you need your order urgently, feel free to email us at hello@tidalove.com right after placing your order — we’ll do our best to help.

Good things take a few days — and they’re worth the wait.

Yes — Tidalove ships to all 50 U.S. states and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or APOs may take a little longer to arrive, but we’ll always provide tracking so you can follow your shipment along the way.

We currently ship within the United States only. But don’t worry — we’re working to bring Tidalove to more countries soon.

Our return policy:

• You can return or exchange your first order within 30 days — even if one item has been opened and tried.
• For repeat purchases, we can only accept sealed, unused items in their original packaging.
• Refills, subscription renewals, toothbrushes, and floss can’t be returned once opened.

Shipping details:

• Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer — please include your name and order number in the package.

We’re a small team that believes in fair, honest care — and we’ll always do what we can to make things right.

Our subscription is designed to make refills easy and low-waste.

How it works:

• Your products ship automatically based on your preferred delivery schedule.
• You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime through your account.
• We ship in bulk where possible to reduce packaging and emissions.

Discounts and frequency:

• Toothpaste tablets: 15% off your first delivery, then 20% off after the second. Delivered every 4 months to reduce packaging and shipping waste.
• Other products: 10% off your first delivery, then 20% off after the second. Choose between monthly or every 2-month deliveries.

Tin container:

To minimize waste, tins are not automatically included in subscriptions. You can reuse your existing tin, or request a free one by adding a note at checkout.
